So tomorrow is Record Store Day and hopefully you are flocking to the store to pick up Big Neck Records RSD comp featuring The Livids (Eric Davidson from the New Bomb Turks), Xrays from the UK, Cheap Freaks from Dublin, and our very own Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb. The record is friggin great.  The Livids start it off with a blistering punk rocker, “Stop Bleeding”.  The Xrays take the A-side home with their charged up guitar riffs in “Six Pack Style”.  We then start off the b-side with the Cheap Freaks new song acid tripping, garage scorcher,” Don’t Get Much Better Than This”, and finally Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb close out the record with another great punk rock with front woman Sal Go tearing up the vocals, “CraveCase”.

You may ask, how did this great record come to be?

I put up the Jack Jimmy Hoodlums demo on the IPhone App.  Download it from the store for FREE. Search Big Neck.

Over the years, since I put the Jack Jimmy Hoodlums song Loose Power number one on the Pain in the Big Neck Compilation CD, everyone has been asking who are those guys?  Where did they come from?  Why has there been no more from them?  Are there more recordings?

Here is the short version:

Home

"Sonny fucking Vincent has a new record out and you should buy it because it's a killer release crammed full of fourteen noisey, punk rock attitude, rock and rolla, motherfucking songs! Now thats 'Cyanide Consommé' pretty much in a nut shell!" - UBERROCK

Big Neck Records

A record label with its birthplace in the seamy underbelly of Buffalo, New York. Spawned from the ashes of the infamous Sanctuary nightclub that was home to many crazy nights and many crazy, messed up bands. Big Neck Records was then suddenly uprooted and moved to Northern Virginia, where it now resides.

The only creed that Big Neck Records lives by is to keep crazy, messed up rock-n-roll going strong!

Be sure to check out new info and updates in news section. You will also find tons of info on all of the Big Neck bands including reviews of their records, tour dates, interviews and more. We will be adding lots of streaming music and video to the MEDIA page so be sure to check it out.

Any comments or if you want to contact BIG NECK RECORDS, email us!

BANDS REMEMBER WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MESSED UP GARAGE, PUNK, ROCKABILY, SURF, BLUES, AND ROCK-N-ROLL BANDS. SO, SEND YOUR ROCK!!!
